Workout update:

I intended to go for a short run this morning, but in light of wanting to preserve my feeble shins for a better day, I decided against it. Read: I just didn't want to wake up.

But really, taking the weekend off of the asphalt is going to be a good thing. The shins are feeling better, and I don't want to take chances. Come Monday, I'll be good as new.

I'll be spending the weeknd with the BF, the Families, IKEA, filet mignon and hot tubs - so you all have a fabulous Easter. More working out to come...
