Workout update:

Two points for actually getting out and running today on this beautiful day. Two points for good-feeling shins. Minus three points for my lack of energy. Minus one point for stopping half-a-mile shorter than I planned. Plus two points for getting honked at.

Eh, minus two isn't all bad.

I went out and ran three-and-a-half miles today. Uh, good for me. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
