Workout update:
If fire could shoot out of my eyes, it would. I guarantee.
Nixed the speed workout this morning because my shins are shot, for now. I iced them last night, but knew that if I did a speed workout (on a treadmill - ugh) this morning, it'd make the problem even worse.
So for today - rest. And more ice. Tomorrow it's back on track. Screw shin splints.
