Workout update:

That's what I have to say about this morning. I wore my new shoes, which is about the only positive thing. I ran four miles and it felt like Hell. I used up all my good runs over the weekend. That and my heart rate monitor settings were all out of whack. Badness all around.

My shins hate me. My knees hate me. But not as much as I hate them.

Tonight I'm icing my legs. A lot. And pouting.
