It's essentially Twitter for athletes, and obviously I need every reason under the sun to be distracted on the Internet.
Once you join, you create a profile and start logging your workouts. It keeps track of your mileage in weekly increments. You can add other users and follow their progress, too. Write notes, share motivation, post pictures.
'Tis a giant, happy athlete family. And I'm there, hello. I need friends of the running, cycling, swimming variety to kick my rear into gear.
