Big things. Real big.

OK, people. I love you. I really love you. But I think we should break up. Oh, wait. Wrong scene.

But almost true. Only I'm not leaving you crying on the floor in a heap, just giving you some notice.

Tomorrow I'm leaving. Like, actually leaving. Heading to the capitol for two months.

HOLY CRAP. The shorter the notice, the better, I suppose. A clean break, right? That's what we're going for? Well, here it is.

I'm going to be diving headfirst into the political campaign atmosphere. No, I won't disclose what campaign or which candidate. In fact, I'm not even going to mention it again.

But until April 7, I'll be a representative of that candidate and that campaign. And so because of that, this blog needs to go into hush mode. I'll still be here! I'll still be blogging. But until April, it's going to be private.

I'm sorry!

So here's the deal. I'm not entirely sure how this privacy works, but from what I've already read, I can invite readers to have access.

You will just need to go to WordPress, create an account (a username and password) and that's it.

Once that's done, e-mail me your WordPress username. I will add your username to my privacy settings, and from that point on it should be smooth sailing. You'll be on the VIP list, and have access to my blog.

Keep in mind I am master of blog protection, so perhaps tell me who you are in your e-mail, if I don't already know. And maybe ask real nicely.

Please hang in there with me. I promise to try and make this as simple as possible. All of you WordPress bloggers will really have no problem. And in April, I'll be back in action.

Man, April. Seems so far away.

You can still follow me on Twitter. That's not going anywhere.

I won't be going private until Sunday. If you're confused about how to do it, leave a comment. Or e-mail. I'll help you figure it out.
