Because Twitter and Facebook and blogging are not enough.

I discovered a new addiction. Truth be told, I stole the idea from a fellow blogger/runner, but it's fantastic.  Daily Mile.

It's basically Twitter for athletes. I LOVE IT. You can log your workouts, keep track of mileage, and post updates (a la Twitter-style) for all to see. It's sort of a combination of Twitter and Facebook. 

You need this. And then you need to add me as a friend. I'm serious. This is my serious face, you guys.
